سياسة خصوصية DesignLib
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع البيانات عند استخدام تطبيق «مكتبة التصميم» (DesignLib)، الذي يقدمه MoNagy Studio. التطبيق يوفر موارد تصميم وكتبًا وروابط ملفات ومحتوى إبداعيًا، ويعرض إعلانات. قد تختلف بعض الخدمات بحسب إعدادات التطبيق وما تختاره من ميزات.
١. البيانات التي تُعالَج
- إحصائيات التفاعل: عند فتح قسم أو عرض مورد أو البحث أو التحميل أو المشاركة أو نسخ رابط، قد يرسل التطبيق نوع الإجراء ومعرّف المورد وعنوانه وفئته ولغة التطبيق ورقم إصداره إلى خادم Cloudflare Worker. تُحفظ عدّادات وإدخالات أحداث تشمل وقت الحدث ومعرّفًا عشوائيًا للحدث في Airtable. لا تتضمن بيانات الحدث التي يرسلها التطبيق إلى هذا النظام اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو معرّف جهازك.
- الاتصال والأمان: تعالج جهات الاستضافة والشبكات عنوان IP ومعلومات الطلب التقنية أثناء توصيل المحتوى وحماية الخدمة وتحديد معدّل الطلبات. يستخدم الـWorker عنوان IP لتحديد معدّل الطلبات، ولا يرسله ضمن سجلات الأحداث المذكورة أعلاه.
- الإعلانات: يستخدم التطبيق Google AdMob. قد تعالج Google وشركاؤها معرّفات إعلانية ومعلومات الجهاز والتفاعل مع الإعلانات وبيانات تقنية أو موقعًا تقريبيًا وفق إعدادات الجهاز والموافقة والقواعد المطبقة. قد تظهر لك شاشة موافقة أو خيارات خصوصية للإعلانات حيث يلزم ذلك.
- الإشعارات: عندما تُفعَّل ميزة الإشعارات في إعدادات التطبيق وتسمح بها، قد تستخدم Firebase Cloud Messaging رمز تسجيل للإشعارات ومعلومات تقنية لازمة لإيصال الرسائل.
- المواقع والملفات الخارجية: بعض الصفحات والتحميلات تفتح عبر GitHub Pages أو Google Drive أو مزودي صور ومواقع أخرى. قد تستخدم هذه الجهات سجلات اتصال أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط بحسب سياساتها. متصفح التطبيق المدمج يسمح بملفات تعريف الارتباط، بما فيها ملفات الجهات الخارجية لبعض الصفحات.
٢. لماذا نستخدم هذه البيانات؟
لعرض الموارد وتنزيلها، احتساب المشاهدات والتفاعلات وتحسين ترتيب المحتوى، تشغيل الإعلانات وتمويل الخدمة، إرسال الإشعارات عند تفعيلها، حماية الخادم من إساءة الاستخدام، والاستجابة لاستفساراتك.
٣. الجهات التي تعالج البيانات
تشمل الأطراف ذات الصلة، حسب الميزة المستخدمة: Cloudflare للاستضافة والاتصال والـWorker، وAirtable لتخزين عدادات التفاعل والأحداث، وGoogle AdMob للإعلانات، وFirebase Cloud Messaging للإشعارات عند تفعيلها، وGitHub Pages لاستضافة صفحات المكتبة، وGoogle Drive ومواقع الملفات والصور التي تختار فتحها. لكل جهة ممارساتها وسياساتها الخاصة.
٤. الاحتفاظ والحماية
تُحفظ العدادات وإدخالات التفاعل طالما احتاجتها الخدمة لأغراض الإحصاءات والتشغيل، وتخضع للمراجعة والحذف عند عدم الحاجة أو عند تلقي طلب قابل للتنفيذ. لا نَعِد بمدة حذف تلقائية ثابتة. تخضع بيانات الإعلانات والإشعارات وسجلات مزودي الخدمة لمدد الاحتفاظ التي تحددها الجهات المعنية. نستخدم اتصالات HTTPS لخدمات التطبيق التي نتحكم بها، مع العلم أنه لا توجد وسيلة اتصال مضمونة الأمان بصورة مطلقة.
٥. خياراتك وطلباتك
يمكنك عدم منح إذن الإشعارات أو سحبه من إعدادات Android. استخدم «خيارات الخصوصية» داخل التطبيق إن ظهرت لإدارة اختيارات الإعلانات، كما يمكنك تعديل إعدادات الإعلانات من جهازك. إذا أردت الاستفسار عن بيانات مرتبطة بتفاعلك أو طلب حذف بيانات تقع تحت سيطرتنا، تواصل معنا بالبريد أدناه؛ قد نحتاج تفاصيل كافية لتحديد الطلب، وقد لا يمكن ربط إحصاءات مجهولة الهوية بمستخدم محدد. حذف التطبيق يزيل البيانات المحلية المرتبطة به وفق إعدادات الجهاز، لكنه لا يحذف تلقائيًا سجلات الجهات الخارجية.
٦. الأطفال
المحتوى موجّه عمومًا للمهتمين بالتصميم. يجب أن تكون إعدادات الجمهور المستهدف والإعلانات في Google Play مناسبة للجمهور الفعلي؛ ويُنصح أولياء الأمور بالإشراف على استخدام الأطفال للروابط الخارجية.
٧. التعديلات والتواصل

DesignLib Privacy Policy
This policy describes data handling in DesignLib (مكتبة التصميم), provided by MoNagy Studio. The app provides creative resources, books, links and downloads, and displays advertising. Some features depend on app configuration and your choices.
1. Data processed
- Usage metrics: Opening sections or resources, searching, downloading, sharing, or copying links may send an action type, resource ID, resource title, category, app language and version to a Cloudflare Worker. Aggregated counters and event records, including timestamps and randomly generated event IDs, are stored in Airtable. The app does not send your name, email address or device identifier in these analytics event payloads.
- Connectivity and security: Hosting and network providers process IP addresses and technical request information to deliver content and protect the service. The Worker uses IP addresses for rate limiting but does not include them in the Airtable event payloads described above.
- Ads: The app uses Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device and ad interaction information, technical data or approximate location as applicable to your device settings, consent and law. A consent screen or ad privacy choices may be offered when required.
- Notifications: If push notifications are enabled in the app configuration and permitted by you, Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a registration token and technical delivery information.
- External pages and downloads: Some content opens on GitHub Pages, Google Drive, image hosts and other external sites. Those providers may process connection logs or use cookies under their own policies. The in-app browser allows cookies, including third-party cookies on some pages.
2. Purposes
To display and deliver resources, count views and interactions and improve content organization, support the service through ads, send enabled notifications, protect our service and respond to inquiries.
3. Service providers
Depending on the features you use, providers include Cloudflare (hosting and Worker), Airtable (interaction counters and events), Google AdMob (ads), Firebase Cloud Messaging (enabled notifications), GitHub Pages (site hosting), and Google Drive and external image/file hosts that you open. Each provider maintains its own privacy practices.
4. Retention and security
Counters and event records are retained while needed for service operation and analytics, reviewed and deleted when no longer required or in response to an actionable request. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Ad, notification and provider logs are governed by the applicable providers' retention practices. We use HTTPS for app services we control, although no connection is absolutely secure.
5. Your choices and requests
You can decline or revoke notification permission in Android settings. Use the in-app Privacy choices control when available for ad consent choices and your device's ad settings for additional controls. For questions or a request to delete information under our control, contact us below; sufficient details may be needed to identify your request, and anonymous aggregate statistics may not be attributable to an individual. Uninstalling the app removes local data according to device settings but does not automatically erase third-party records.
6. Children
Content is generally intended for people interested in design. Google Play target-audience and ad settings must match the actual audience. Parental supervision is recommended when children access external links.
